You add the 2 numbers together and then multiply it with the first.
2 + 3 = 10 -> 2 * (2 + 3) = 10
7 + 2 = 63 -> 7 * (7 + 2) = 63
6 + 5 = 66 -> 6 * (6 + 5) = 66
8 + 4 = 96 -> 8 * (8 + 4) = 96
