TEDTalks - A fascinating experience
This is probably one of the most interesting things I have come across on the internet in quite some time.
Each year, TED hosts some of the world’s most fascinating people: Trusted voices and convention-breaking mavericks, icons and geniuses. The talks they deliver have had such a great impact, we thought they deserved a wider audience.

They recommend that you at least see three videos to get the full effect but I just had to see one, before I was hooked.
